Who we are
MF Consulting brings a wealth of experience within the food and beverage industry worldwide with work stretching from Europe to Asia & Middle East.

Our aim is to become a recognized F&B consulting firm collaborating with a portfolio of restaurants & brands that offer honest food, genuine hospitality, high energy experience, within a well developed environment that represents good value for money.

Michael Fons
Our founder Michael has a wealth of experience within the hospitality industry starting at the bottom of the ladder some 27 years ago and has developed an understanding of the hospitality industry worldwide, having been working in France, Canada, Japan, Scotland, England, Denmark & the United Arab Emirates as well as being involved in different projects worldwide.

He has also develop a strong knowledge of fine food as he has managed some of the best eateries in the world but also some more modest places with high volumed and has the flexibility to adapt depending of the concept he is collaborating with .
